life.

if I have learned one thing, it’s that I’m pretty sure you can’t be good at it all. what I’m trying to say, is that I’ve given some of my green thumb gift away so I can be the cat lady that I am.

in other words: I keep cats alive and healthy but I kill plants. not intentionally. not NOT intentionally either. they just never last. I do dry, though. it’s just hard when these little creatures I’m tending to so often, try to eat my plants.

featured in my lovely photo atop is miss Dinah. eating my basil plant. “eating” my basil plant. I staged the photo to make a point but, still. I’m pretty sure that she’s the one who killed my orchid, too. or a draft… i think that’s just Arnolds excuse to defend the kitties. but that orchid, as I so lovingly discussed in a previous post, is on the plant equivilant of life support.

Why do I talk about plants? I just do. PLUS, Arnold told me that people who keep a journal are actually more intelligent, so I’m just gonna role with that and keep talking about arbitrary things in my life that bring me joy. :)
